ast summer holiday, I was very bored. I had nothing to do. So I decided to clean my house.

While I was cleaning the rubbish room, a paper fell out from the rubbish bin. I quickly took a look.
rote “Great Wall’s treasure map”. I was very excited!
After I ate my lunch, I went to my friend Kyle’s home. “Do you want to go treasure hunting”, I
d him. “I love to play treasure hunting fame!” replied Kyle. “I am not joking!” I said. Then I
ed him the map. “It sounds great. I will join you.” Kyle said.
Next, we bought the airplane ticket and went to Beijing.

At Beijing airport, we saw our classmate Wesley. He saw us too and waved hands to us. He said, “Hi! Are you
going traveling?” “We …we…”, I murmured. “We are going to find the treasure in the Great Wall!” Kyle shouted
loudly. “Don’t talk so loud,” I said. “What? Find Treasure in the Great Wall? Are you kidding?” he laughed loudly.
“
It is real!” Kyle gave the map to him. Wesley asked, “Can I go with you?” “You are welcome.” I said and he
joined us.
An hour later, we were very hungry. We went to a restaurant. “We need to buy a flash light and three ropes.
I hope we can buy them in Beijing.” I said. Suddenly, a girl asked us, “Are you treasure hunters?” “It is none of
your business!” I shouted. However, she kept saying, “I am Sammy. I am a treasure hunter. If you are finding
treasure, I can help!” “Great! We are finding treasure. Can you help us?” Wesley said. “Where is the treasure?”
Sammy asked, “I want to take a look.” Wesley gave the treasure map to have a look. She smiled and said,“ See
you tomorrow. Bye!” And she left.
On the next day, I woke up early. I was very excited. We ate some breakfast and went to the Jiayu Pass. We
saw Sammy and a girl was waiting for us. “She is Angel,” Sammy pointed at the girl. “She’s a treasure hunter
too!” “Besides, where is the entrance?” Sammy asked. “the map says it is under Jiayu Pass!” I replied.
At Jiayu Pass, we didn’t see any secret passage. Suddenly, Sammy saw that a brick popped up. She pressed
the brick. Then, the floor opened. We all fell into the hole.
“
Bang!” We fell into the ground . Angel quickly opened the flash light. “Argu!” Angel screamed. There
were a lot of mice coming towards us! We ran away quickly but the mice kept chasing us! “There was a ladder!
Quick, climb up the ladder!” We all climbed up the ladder and then everything went silence.
“
Sh! Sh!” We heard some strange sound. Unexpectedly I saw three snakes were eating meat. “Snakes!” I
yelled. The snaked heard our sounds and chased us. We ran and ran. We were exhausted and saw a hole on the
top. I rapidly threw the rope to the hole. “Wesley! Can you jump to the hole?” I asked. “I can.” Wesley replied.

Jump up and hold the rope!” I called back. Wesley jumped and held the rope. We all climbed up and reached a
path of the Great Wall that nobody has ever been before.
I saw a wood badge. It was written “Qin Shi Pass”. I looked at the map and said, “Bingo! The map says the
treasure was under the Qin Shi Pass!” What!” Wesley screamed. “We have to go down to the hole again!!”
Sammy said. “We have just escaped out.” Kyle cried. “The map says the treasure was under the pass. And that
tunnel is exactly under the pass!” “Let’s go down.” I said. We went back to the horrible passage.
I opened the flash light. The snakes are gone. “Sammy and I will go explore the cave. Don’t go away!”

Okey!” said Sammy.
We kept walking down. We saw a brand new lunch box. “Someone has just been here!” Sammy whispered.
Suddenly, I discovered a secret passage. “Sammy, look! A secret passage is over there.” We went down
quickly and entered it.
“
It is so bright here,” I said. “Sh! Somebody are here!” Sammy whispered to me. “Listen!” We heard some
voice. “Ha Ha! We finally find the treasure map!” Someone yelled. I was very nervous. “Sammy, you stay
here!” I walked quietly ahead and found a big hole and A LOTS OF GOLD! I fell down carelessly.
“
Are you hunting treasure with them?” a deep voice said. I looked up. Kyle, Wesley and Angel had been
tied up. A man with a long bear came out from the secret passage. “It seem that you wanted to die with them.
Let me help you.” The man said.
Before I could get up, he hit my head hard and I fainted.
I opened my eyes and saw my friends were tied up in the Qin Shi Pass. “Help!” Wesley shouted loudly.
“
Shut up or I’ll kill you !” a man with a mask said fiercely. He put his hand on Wesley’s neck. “The treasure is
ours. You life is in our hands too.So shut up.” The long beard man said and they left.
“
Wesley, give me the shears!” I said. I cut his rope. He was free and other’s ropes were cut too.
Immediately, the long beard man came back. “What!” he said. He kicked me and Wesley off the hill. I
quickly held the rope and caught Wesley. “Thank you for your shears!” the long beard man smiled wickedly. He
cut the rope and we fell into the deep mountain.
I opened my eyes. I couldn’t see anything. “Help! Help!” I said. “Stay calm!” It was Kyle’s voice. “We are
in Hong Kong. We are in a hospital.” Where are Wesley, Angel and Sammy? “Let me tell you the whole story.”
