New Tales of the Great Wall

nce upon a time, Alien, a very handsome prince patrols the outer space every day. One day he
saw a very long belt which was thousands of miles lying in the beautiful blue globe. When he
flew closer to have a look at it, he found that it looked like a dragon and it was called “The Great
Wall” built by the people who lived on the blue planet. This blue planet was later known as the
“
Earth”.
The prince was very curious about this wonderful dragon and decided to take a close look at it. He
travelled all the way to the Earth. When he was climbing the steps of the Great Wall, he saw a pretty girl
who just fell down from the steps, her hands bleeding. The prince immediately took out his Magic Glue to
heal her wound and stopped it from bleeding. The girl was embarrassed but felt very thankful for his kind
help. She also felt extremely surprised about his Magic Glue. However, Prince Alien couldn’t speak any
language of the human beings. Thinking that he was dumb, the girl pitied the boy very much. In order to
communicate with each other, they began to use sign language instead of words. The girl introduced herself
as Miss Sunshine with the short form as “O” and the prince Alien called himself as Mr. Alien with a
reverse “V”. They had a long chat and they agreed to meet at the same place on the Great Wall the next day,
with Miss “O” serving as the tour guide of Mr. A.
The next morning, the girl met Prince Alien at the same place. She noticed that he was still wearing the
same blue sports outfit, so she wondered why he hadn’t changed the clothes. Yet, she couldn’t raise his
question due to the “language barrier”. She tried very hard to explain the touching love story of the Great
Wall to Prince Alien and it seemed that he was quite moved by it. Then, they climbed to the top of the fire
beacon tower. The prince felt like standing on the dragon head and he was overwhelmed by that victorious
feeling.
Since then, they met at the same place on the Great Wall and got to know each other more and more.
Although the girl knew that the prince was an alien, she didn’t care about it. They fell in love soon and they
went to different spots and places on the Great Wall. Prince Alien will usually take the girl high up in the
sky to enjoy the beauty of the Great Wall under the blinking stars. Those days were absolutely fabulous.
Gradually, Prince Alien and the pretty girl got used to using body language. As they loved each other so
much, they decided to get married.
However, something horrible happened…
On the day they got married, the space monster found the missing prince when he was searching the
universe on his spaceship. He was attracted by her beautiful face and silky hair so he used his Black Magic
to catch the girl and put her into a cage. Then he quickly boarded onto his spaceship and escaped to the
outer space immediately. Prince Alien was very angry, so he flew back to his home planet and asked his
alien friends to save the girl. Unfortunately, while they were approaching closer to the cage, they were
attacked and put into another cage by the space monster.
But luckily the smart prince used his Magic Glue to melt the lock and got out of the cage and fought
with the space monster. He stuck the space monster with his Magic Glue onto the cage and saved Miss
Sunshine. After that, they returned to the Earth and planned to re-start their happy life again.
Unfortunately, another unlucky incident took place. The wicked witch found the charming prince and
she tried to have him married to her ugly daughter. The prince firmly refused to do so. Thus, the wicked
witch used her Dark Power to turn the prince Alien into a frog and cast a spell onto the pretty girl. If the
prince didn’t marry her daughter, she would turn the pretty girl into a disgusting toad permanently. The
pretty girl was so scared that she cried loudly at their meeting place of the Great Wall. Parts of the Great
Wall collapsed due to her bitter howl and the bricks crushed the wicked witch and broke her Dark Power
curse on Prince Alien. Amazingly, Prince Alien turned back into a real human being. Finally, the prince
and the pretty girl got married at the Great Wall and lived happily ever after.
If you visit the Great Wall nowadays, you can find how the Great Wall was divided into many parts.
Thanks to Miss Sunshine, the pretty girl and most importantly, her HOWL and CRY. If it was not her
tremendous fear, we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the magnificent structure of the Great Wall.
