ello friends, I’m here to tell you a story. A story that happened to me a long time ago. It is quite
a long tale. This is about an adventure I had with my favorite landmark “ The Great Wall of
China.”

The Adventure Begins
day in my hometown “Little Root Isle.” I sat down by my house, thinking about what
could I do. By that time, I, Tao Khan was only 8 years old. I couldn’t play with my friends because they were all
on holiday in the Southern Islands. So I could only sit down and watch my dog “Mutt“ do his old tricks under
the sun.

He hadn’t done any new tricks since November. For two months he didn’t seem to do any old tricks. But
today was different. He did a triple back flip and tripped on a mysterious brown bottle. Inside the bottle was a
piece of paper……
Mysterious Message
“
There is a secret of the wall,
Do not dig down, it’ll make it fall.
Deep under, lies a dark truth
，
Here’s a secret, keep it smooth……”
I first didn’t understand what it said but after thinking about it for a while, I noticed that it should be the
“
Great Wall Of China.” I saw a strange map behind it showing a secret portal to the treasure’s area. I had to go
to “Savenburg Town” and go to “ Saven’s Seven Caves.
It wasn’t really a long way there. I just needed a short boat ride from my grandpa. It would just take five
minutes to cross the river but I wasn’t sure…
A Storm In The Way
Grandpa and I were really good together. We usually do things way better together than anybody else.
When I asked him, he smiled and said yes. Now things are going better. He let me choose my boat. Grandpa has
many boats. I chose the boat called “The Yellow Dagger.” It is a yellow canoe made out of fine leather. He let
me row it to the island.
I just started rowing when there was a huge storm. There was thunder, rain and lightning. It was hard to row.
When I was halfway there, I saw 7 pieces of paper flying in “7Q Dungeon.” I thought they were the paper I was
looking for. 7Q Dungeon was right next to Saven’s 5th Cave.” Hmm, should I go get the paper first or should I
go to Saven’s Seven Caves. One of them obtains the treasured paper. Dungeon or Cave? Which one should I go
to first?
Dungeon Danger
When we reached Savenburg, I quickly decided that the 7Q Dungeon was first. I walked straight to the
dungeon. It was dark and spooky. It was mysterious and creepy. I knew that grandpa would be at his friend
Bert’s house. They would be chattering and eating “Crustie’s Cookies” as usual. I wasn’t surprised. Every time
we came here, he would go there. Every single time… He would be there every time.
Even though it was very spooky, I gathered by confidence and walked slowly inside. I knew that this place
had a lot of traps. The place was made out of stone, moss and vines. The paper wasn’t deep in. I could find it
very easily.
Not very far in, I saw a piece of wet paper. Before I grabbed it, I fell in a hole. I heard nothing but a voice.
“
You fell into my trap, you must beat me not in rap. You must crush me in battle, yes beat Dr. G. Rattle!” The
lights turned on, I saw nobody nearby but in the mirror, behind me was a rattlesnake. I was so terrified that I
quickly stomped behind me. What I saw in the mirror was true! The rattlesnake was in pain. I crushed him again.
He fainted… I grabbed the paper he dropped and ran back out of the dungeon to read it.
